I loved this and I dont like vidalla onion, or reubans. This is a great dish. 1 downfall I was the only one in my family to like so I ended up eating lots of leftovers.

My family eats this until we're stuffed and then we still have leftovers the next day. Delicious twist on the traditional reuben! A friend of mine substituted tortillas for the bread and said it was amazing too!

I loved it! If you love a good reuben this is a great Casserole to try! I'd definitely make it again. May not be a favorite with the kids unless they like sauer kraut! I just halfed the recipe in a 8x8 pan so it wouldn't make so much. You could make 2 8×8 pans and freeze 1!

This recipe makes a TON!! We used almost double the sauerkraut, which we thought was just right. My husband says it's a keeper!! Will definitely be making it enough!!

Made this at my freezer meal workshop but it never hit the freezer. It was AMAZING, and my entire family devoured it.

not bad, but not a favorite - made this at a freezer meal workshop - feel like it could have used a bit more bread - quite soggy in the middle. im not a super fan of sauerkraut, so maybe more bread/cheese would help this.

This was something good and different for dinner. We split the recipe into 2 pans and made one 9x9 dish to freeze and ate the other 9x9 pan this evening, it served 4 of us and we still had leftovers.

Delicious casserole, I used NF sour cream, it tasted amazing and my husband took leftovers to work almost all week and just loved it. Definetly a keeper!
