Directions

Strawberry Lemonade Bar Mix
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened, divided
½ cup 2% milk

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, combine Packet 1 and 4 ounces cream cheese. Slowly add milk while vigorously mixing. Set aside.

  2. In another medium bowl, combine Packet 2 and remaining 4 ounces cream cheese. Fold into batter; do not overmix.

  3. Pour batter into greased 8x8-inch baking pan. Bake 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

  4. Cool completely before serving. Refrigerate bars, covered, within 2 hours of baking. Makes about 9 servings.

*High Altitude: Bake at 350°F for 27 minutes.
Do not eat raw batter.
