Why should I become a VIP Rewards member?

Will I be notified about my points?
Yes. You will receive an email within 24 hours after points are earned, unless you have opted out of receiving emails from Tastefully Simple. In which, you are able to view earned points by logging in to your tastefullysimple.com account and opening the VIP Rewards button found in the lower left-hand corner of your screen.
How quickly are points available to use?
Points may be used as soon as they’re earned. (See “Redemption.”)
How many VIP Rewards points do I earn when my order total is not an even amount?
VIP Rewards point totals round up if your order total includes $.50 or more and round down if your order total includes $.49 or less. For example:
- $19.49 rounds down to $19 (19 points)
- $19.50 rounds up to $20 (20 points)

How do I enroll?
Simply create an account on tastefullysimple.com. If you shop without an account, you will be invited to do so to start earning VIP Reward points. If you already have a tastefullysimple.com account, you are automatically earning VIP Rewards!
What information do I need to provide when enrolling?
It’s simple! Creating your tastefullysimple.com shopping account will require you to provide the following information:
• name
• shipping address

What happens after I enroll?
You receive a welcome email with a link to the VIP Rewards Terms & Conditions.
How can I keep track of my points?
When you log in to your tastefullysimple.com account, you will see a VIP Rewards button in the lower left-hand corner of your screen showing the following point information:
• earned
• spent
• expiring
In addition, unless you have opted out of receiving emails from Tastefully Simple, you will also receive an email notification every time you earn VIP Rewards points.
Will I need to renew my VIP Rewards account?
No, renewal is not required, and your VIP Rewards account will never be deactivated.
What if I do not want to earn VIP Rewards?
You may opt out of VIP Rewards by contacting Customer Service at help@tastefullysimple.com.
Hosting or Attending an Experience
Are points earned on Experience orders?
Yes. When you place an Experience order (as a guest or host) and you are signed into your tastefullysimple.com account, you will earn points.
Do I earn points if I host an Experience?
Yes, you will receive points when you host a qualifying Experience.
How do I get VIP Rewards as a guest at Tasting Experiences?
Log in to your tastefullysimple.com account, search for your TS Ambassador, click on their "More About Me" section, select the Experience you are attending and enter your order online.
Point Redemption
When may I begin redeeming my VIP Rewards points?
Once you have earned 100 points, those points will convert to a $10 coupon. That coupon may be used any time after it is earned before it expires.
What coupon amounts are available?
After earning your first $10 coupon (when you earn 100 VIP Rewards points), coupons are available in $5 increments corresponding to the number of points earned. You'll earn a $5 coupon value for every 50 VIP Rewards Points earned.
How do I redeem my VIP Rewards points?
Once you have accumulated 100 points and qualified for a $10 coupon, you may apply the coupon during checkout. For example, 100 points accumulated for a $10 coupon.
• Place Tastefully Simple order for $50
• Redeem coupon (-) $10
• Total due $40
Is there a maximum discount allowed on orders?
Yes, the maximum discount is 50% of any order. For example:
• You have accumulated 200 points; you may redeem for up to $20.
• You place a $30 order.
• The maximum coupon that can be used is $15 ― half of the $30 purchase.
• The total due is $15 before tax and shipping.
• The remaining unused points remain in your account.
How is shipping and tax handled?
Shipping fees and tax are based on the order value after the discount.
Are there exceptions for using coupons?
Yes. VIP Rewards may not be applied to:
• TS Ambassador Membership Fees
• Host rewards
• Other coupon codes
• Taxes
• Shipping
Point Expiration
When do VIP Reward points expire?
Points expire if not redeemed within six rolling months from the date of earning them.
How do I know when I have points nearing expiration?
You receive two email notifications prior to point expiration:
• Two weeks prior
• Two days prior
If you have opted out of receiving emails from Tastefully Simple, you are able to view point expiration dates by logging in to your tastefullysimple.com account and viewing the VIP Rewards appearing in the lower left of your screen.
Other
Does the Love It Guarantee apply?
Absolutely! If you have an issue with any product, contact Customer Service at help@tastefullysimple.com, and they will manually add your VIP Reward points back to your account, provide a refund or reship the product. VIP Reward points are deducted for returns or credits. If no VIP Rewards points remain on your account, your point balance may go negative.
Example:
• You return a $49 meal kit.
• Tastefully Simple refunds $49 and deducts 49 points.
• If you have no VIP Rewards points on your account, the balance showing will be -49 points.
• Once you make a future purchase, your point balance will return to a positive balance as you earn more points.

Introduction
The VIP Rewards program (“Program”) offered by Tastefully Simple (“Company”) is designed to enhance your shopping experience on Tastefullysimple.com (“Site”). This Program rewards you for your regular shopping activities with Points that can be redeemed for product purchases. By participating in the Program, you agree to these VIP Rewards Terms and Conditions, which form a binding agreement between you and the Company and govern your participation in the Program. These Terms are supplemental to the Site’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and Enrollment
· To be eligible for the Program, you must be a legal resident of the fifty United States, District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands, and at least 18 years old.
- The Program is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
- No purchase is necessary to enroll.
- Enrollment requires a Tastefully Simple account created at tastefullysimple.com .
- TS Ambassadors are not eligible for the Program.
Earning Points
- Points can be earned as follows:
- 50 Points for signing up for the Program.
- 1 Point for every $1 spent on products (rounded to the nearest dollar) on tastefullysimple.com.
- Points expire 6 months after being awarded and have no cash value.
Note: You must be logged in to your Tastefully Simple account to earn reward points. If an order is placed as a guest, but used an email address registered to an existing Tastefully Simple account, contact Customer Service for assistance in adding the guest order to your Tastefully Simple account.
Point Redemption
- Points can be redeemed for reward coupons, starting at 100 Points for a $10 off coupon.
- Reward coupons expire 6 months after issuance.
- Minimum purchase requirements apply.
- Reward coupon value may not exceed 50% of the product total in a single transaction
- Only one reward coupon may be applied to a single transaction.
- Reward coupons may be reverted into Points by contacting Customer Service.
Points Management
- Points balance is available in the account dashboard.
- A minimum of 100 Points is required for redemption.
Refunds and Returns
- Points earned on purchases that are later returned will be deducted from your Points balance.
Program Changes and Termination
- The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time
- Membership may be suspended or terminated for any breach of these Terms or for fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Upon account closure, all remaining Points and coupons are forfeited.
Liability and Release
- By participating, members release the Company and its affiliates from liability for any loss, harm, or damage arising from the use of the Program or any Rewards.
