Directions
Cinnamon Sugar Crumb Cake Mix
6 tablespoons butter, melted & cooled
¾ cup water
2 large eggs, beaten
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, combine Packet 1 and butter; mix until small crumbles form. Reserve ¼ cup crumbles. Add water and eggs to remaining crumbles; stir to combine. Batter will be lumpy. Spread half the batter into a greased 8x8-inch baking pan. Set the remaining batter aside.
2. Remove 2 tablespoons from Packet 2 and add to reserved ¼ cup crumbles. Stir to combine; set aside. Evenly sprinkle remaining Packet 2 over batter in pan. Spread with remaining batter. Sprinkle with reserved crumbles.
3. Bake 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely before serving.
High-Altitude Adjustments: Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Do not eat raw batter.

Blueberry Pecan Coffee Cake: Cinnamon Sugar Crumb Cake Mix prepared in a cake pan with a layer of blueberries in the center and topped with cinnamon sugar crumble, pecans and coconut flakes. Baked and cut into wedges to serve.
