6 cups cold water

  1. In large saucepan over medium heat, whisk soup Perfectly Potato Cheddar Soup Mix into cold water.

  2. Simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Salt and pepper to taste.

Makes about 6 servings.

    Potato cheddar soup

    I loved how simple it was to prepare add water whisk together and heat. But next time I will add more ingredients to it as it wasn’t very filling or as thick as I was expecting but I would use it as a soup base for when in a hurry and want comfort food

    The taste is very good. Although it was not very hardy. Once I added some extra potatoes, peas, carrots, and bacon it was even better. Even my most picky boy ate his entire bowl

    This soup is watery and salty. I have purchased another brand of potato soup in the grocery store (green bag with a bear) and thought this would be similar. But it doesn't compare.

    Tastes good. The potatoes could have been cut a little bigger. We enjoyed it very much.

    Loved this soup

    I decided to make this soup for dinner and wanted to put it in the crockpot. I added 2 more cups of water some spicy sausage and extra cup up potatoes and let it cook for 6 hours. Before serving I added one cup of cheese. This soup was amazing. My teenage boys loved it and they are super picky. My father in law hates potato soup but he loved this. It will be come a staple in my house to use when I need something great tasting and easy to make!! Totally recommend.

    Potato chunks were too small. I would have preferred this to be a base and we just add our own potatoes.
