With a filling...Mmmm!
I love this cake "as is" but even more with a filling. Cool the cake completely while still in the pan, then refrigerate it for an hour. Slice horizontally to make two layers. Spread Tastefully Simple Rhubarb strawberry fruit spread between the layers. OMG!

Absolutely***Amaretto***Almond Pound Cake
I love this cake mix and so does everyone I make it for. I substitute half the water with Amaretto and sometimes dust the top with powder sugar.
