Absolutely Almond Pound Cake Mix Preparation & Suggestions

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! This pound cake has an amazing flavor - it's super easy and convenient to make. My favorite recipe is to top it with fresh berries and whipped cream.

This was such a hit at my office Christmas party that I am requested to make it anytime we have an office function. You don't even have to get crazy with it but I love mixing the sweet cheese ball mixes in with the batter or adding chocolate chips or dried fruit to the batter for a twist.

A hit with lemon drizzle. Used fresh lemons and squeezed the juice myself.

I loved this cake when I had i before, but when I used the 1-1/2 sticks of butter, it was "doughy" and I even had to cook it an extra 15 minutes to get it nice and brown. Does everyone use the full 1-1/2 sticks of butter, or is it better using just one stick??? Was disappointed that it was so tick and doughy - good flavor, but not a good consistency!

I always make sure I have two or three on hand. Simple and quick too share with family and friends.

Every time I make this and take it to work for a party everybody always ask me to make it again!! I make it by slicing it in half lengthwise and use cool whip in between the layers then to with more cool whip and fresh strawberries!!

When I make this for a vendor show I always sell out of stock. People LOVE it!

This cake really has everything, great taste and moist. I have had it with strawberries and whipped cream and I also added melted chocolate to some of the mix to marble and yum, yum that was tasty too! Also great with a cup of tea.

So quick and easy to bring to a friend, or for unexpected guests. Yummy either on its own or paired with fresh fruit.
