This is my all time favorite bar and most requested recipe! I have made the recipe as is with the egg added to the crust. It is delicious and makes a more cake-like-crust. I also made it without the egg. It was very hard to cut immediately but by the next day it was perfect... more of a cookie texture. Either way you won't be sorry!
