Bountiful Beer Bread Preparation & Suggestions

So easy to make. I made it for a cookout and it was the first thing that was finished. My family loved it!

I LOVE this beer bread mix! Have made it with cheap beer (budweiser) and also with a dark Ninkasi. Loved it both ways. Tried it at a TS party with the lemon dill cheeseball spread on and it was amazing! Want to try it with cheese and mini pepperoni mixed in.

I am not a bread eater, because I try to watch my carbs, but a friend brought this bread to a social function and I tried it and HAD to have the recipe. I'm so excited that there's not a lot of work involved. This stuff could become addicting! (What's a few extra pounds when something is this good?)

Bountiful Beer Bread is so easy. Beer, soda, whatever you want to use. Yum!

I always use a can of diet orange soda. It gives it a slightly sweet taste but nothing you can really put your finger on. I made it for an Exchange Student from Paraguay who ate half a loaf still warm. He asked for 6 loaves to bring home. I said they would never make the airport the way he was eating it LOL. Whenever I go to a friend's house for dinner they ask me to bring "THAT bread"!

Not only is it easy, you can add anything to it and still comes out amazing!!!

Love this bread. I use a real dark beer in it, like it better than with a light beer. Family likes the flavor of the dark beer better.

My hubby and I love this bread! I'm planning to buy individual packs to put in "thank you" baskets for homes we visit as we travel this summer. For my hubby and I, I like to make 2 packets at the same time. However, they need to be made separately. It would just be too much dough to handle at once! I've made it both with beer and soda. We prefer the beer, but soda is good, too.

My son loves to make this bread on his own and we love it! He puts the mix in muffin tins to make it easier to eat.

This bread reminds me of the bread my grandmother baked, but without all the hard work. I always have the mix available. Soooo good.
