Bountiful Beer Bread Preparation & Suggestions

This bread mix is so easy with just one or two extra ingredients and delicious too! I have to have a couple of boxes in my pantry at all times.

This bread is absolutely delicious! However, I tried the option of putting 3 tablespoons of butter on top. As the bread rose, the butter started spilling out into the bottom of my oven. The butter started burning and smoking terribly. I couldn't finish baking the bread because I was worried that my oven as going to catch fire. This bread is great if you don't do the butter option.

Add a 12 oz can of beer & top it with butter....how can it get any easier?? My family loves this stuff. It doesn't last more than a day in my house. For a sweeter bread try Angry Orchard!! MMMMMM!!! Sooooo good!!
