So refreshing!
This past weekend I served the Sunny Lemon pound cake to guests and they loved it! Some added fresh raspberries and some enjoyed it with ice cream. It's delicious all by itself. I think this should be available year round though.

Lemon Pound Cake
This was very easy to make, however both cake & frosting lacked lemon flavor. I added lemon juice & zest to both which was a huge improvement.

Enjoyed this very much
I read all the reviews and noted some said not enough lemon taste. So I added lemon extract-about 1 1/2 tsp and sprinkled lemon jello (maybe 1/4 of the box) into the battery. Nice lemon taste!
