Sunny Lemon Pound Cake & Icing Mix Preparation & Suggestions

This is the first time I bought this product and it will not be the last. YUMMY!

I received a last minute invite to dinner at a friend's house. Luckily I had a box of the Lemon Pound Cake mix. Since it doesn't take many added ingredients and not much time to bake I brought the Lemon Pound Cake for dessert. Everyone enjoyed it.

I love to bake ahead so I can pull things out as I need them. This cake fulfills that requirement fully. It is delicious and has an excellent testure.

I made this for a client event and it was a hit. So simply (so much butter!) and so very, very good. I need to stock up on it and have it be my go-to item to bring to dinners, potlucks, events.

I am a Lemon person and loved this so easy to make. A quicky item when company drops in and the pantry has Tastefully Simple items on hand. Like I said I am a lemon person so I think I will add some fresh lemon zest to the batter the next time I make it. BTWY do you have dried lemon zest to sell. Hint Hint.

Easy to prepare, light, delicious. I added white chocolate chips. Yum!

I made the Sunny Lemon Pound Cake for my husband and I. I wanted something light and fresh for dessert. I had blueberries in the fridge, so i added them to the batter. It made it even more amazing!! We ended up fighting over how big a piece we would each have. I think we might even have some for breakfast! This will make a great dessert for Easter! Definitely will stock up on this product.
